
Research Associate, AI Policy and Free Speech
Isabelle Anzabi is a research associate at The Future of Free Speech, where she analyzes the intersections between AI policy and freedom of expression. She is bringing her background in digital rights policy and global regulatory approaches to content moderation and AI governance. Previously, Isabelle was an AI & Human Rights Fellow with the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law, a Knowledge Fellow at the DiploFoundation, and a research group member at the Center for AI and Digital Policy. Isabelle received her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University. She also studied digital governance at Oxford University and interned at institutions, such as the World Bank and CISA. On campus, Isabelle was affiliated with the Stanford Center for Racial Justice, the Stanford Legal Design Lab, the Stanford Cyber Policy Center, the Stanford Constitutional Law Center, the Stanford Technology Law Review, and the Public Service Leadership Program.
